Pricing for shared and dedicated messaging lines

Comms by Osis pricing: Free $0 (shared line, 100 messages a day), Plus $50/month (shared line, unlimited messages subject to line health), Dedicated $200/month with $0 setup (your own number), Enterprise custom. AI usage is billed separately.

Choose a line configuration

Comms has four plans. Free ($0) and Plus ($50/month) share a platform line. Dedicated ($200/month, $0 setup) gives you your own number, and Enterprise is custom. There are no per-seat fees. AI usage for hosted agents is billed separately.

PlanPriceIncluded / conditions
Free$0Shared platform line; 100 messages per day. Start testing without a card.
Plus$50/monthShared platform line; unlimited messages subject to spam prevention and line health. This is not a dedicated number.
Dedicated$200/month, $0 setupA dedicated number. Number choice depends on inventory; API claiming requires workspace approval. Unlimited messages, up to 7,000 a day per line; add a line for more.
EnterpriseCustomDiscuss volume, geographic coverage, routing, security review, support, and rollout requirements.

AI usage is separate from messaging plans

AI usage is billed separately from messaging plans, through prepaid Comms credits or a connected customer OpenRouter account. No messaging plan includes AI usage. Review credit-purchase fees and model costs before enabling a hosted agent.

Before you go to production

Confirm supported countries, line availability, RCS readiness and message capacity for your workload, and the support level in your agreement. Dedicated messages are unlimited, up to 7,000 a day per line; plan one line for each 7,000 daily sends.

If API provisioning is central to customer onboarding, request access before designing your flow around automatic claims, and handle unavailable inventory in the product.

Number control and migration

Porting requires approval and a supported number. Confirm port-in, port-out, geographic availability, fees, and timing before planning a migration. You can cancel replacement setup before submitting the transfer; a submitted transfer cannot be canceled from the setup panel.

A dedicated number is separate from a shared test line. Confirm ownership and port-out rights in your agreement rather than assuming that renting or claiming a line guarantees portability.

Evaluate the API before upgrading

Test an outbound send, a delivered event, an inbound reply and a verified webhook. Use a consenting test recipient, not a live campaign. Keep the same idempotency key when retrying an uncertain send.
