iMessage for sales teams

Text leads on iMessage from a dedicated business number, with one inbox for the team and your CRM connected through the API.

  • Blue bubbles

iPhone leads get iMessage. Everyone else gets RCS or SMS.

  • One team inbox

Replies land where the whole team can pick them up.

  • Your CRM

Send and log replies through the API and webhooks.

How it works

Send from a dedicated number through an iMessage platform.

With Comms by Osis, a rep or your CRM sends from the line, iPhone leads receive iMessage, Android leads get RCS on eligible lines or SMS, and replies land in a shared inbox where the team can pick them up.

Send a contact card so leads can save the number with your name and photo.

Dedicated is $200/month per line with $0 setup and up to 7,000 messages a day. A dedicated line is required to start conversations: on Free and Plus shared lines, the contact texts first. Additional dedicated lines are set up with our team on an Enterprise plan.

Your CRM

Connect it through the API and webhooks. Your CRM or a tool such as Zapier or Make can send messages with one POST and receive replies, reactions and delivery events as signed webhooks to log on the contact.

Native CRM add-ons are in limited access; ask us which ones your workspace can use.

A number per rep

Yes, with a dedicated line per rep, set up with our team. Invite teammates to the workspace with a role, and limit a rep’s access to their own agent where needed. There are no per-seat fees.

Good practice

Text people who expect to hear from you, such as inbound leads, booked demos and existing customers. A number that sends unwanted messages can be restricted, and SMS still follows carrier registration and consent rules.

Comms does not run drip sequences; schedule follow-ups from your CRM through the API.

Acceptance is not delivery. Delivery and read events depend on the channel, line, recipient, and available receipts. SMS does not provide read receipts.
