iMessage was a critical need for us to keep leads and customers engaged through the sale and beyond. Of the 5-6 platforms we evaluated and tested for iMessage, we landed with Comms due to their transparency, receptiveness to feedback, and ease of setup; we were sending messages within minutes, not weeks.

Is this Apple's Messages for Business?
Comms phone-number iMessage is distinct from Apple Messages for Business. Confirm capabilities for your line and recipient.
What happens if a line goes down?
Monitor line status and delivery evidence. An uncertain send is not automatically resent on another channel; reconcile it before retrying.
How much can one line send?
Messages are unlimited on Dedicated. One line carries up to 7,000 a day; past that, add a line for each extra 7,000.
Do I need your agent?
No. Run a hosted agent in the product, or keep your own. One API call sends, webhooks bring every reply back, and MCP works too.
What does it cost?
