How it works
Put a dedicated company number on Comms by Osis and text your team from it. Start an iMessage group chat for a shift, a live session or a launch, send an announcement to a list, and reply to individuals from a shared inbox.

Dedicated is $200/month per line with $0 setup and up to 7,000 messages a day. A dedicated line is required to start conversations: on Free and Plus shared lines, the contact texts first. Additional dedicated lines are set up with our team on an Enterprise plan.

Group chats
Yes, on dedicated lines. Create an iMessage group with 2 to 31 people through the API, then reply in that group conversation. Incoming group messages arrive in the same conversation.
Announcements
Yes. Build a list and send an announcement to it from the dashboard or through MCP, now or scheduled. Contacts who opted out are skipped.
Shared inbox
Yes. Invite managers with a role such as admin or support agent, and limit someone’s access to one agent where needed. Hand a conversation from the agent to a person when it needs one. There are no per-seat fees.
